I was very pleased with Precise’s service, from the estimate to the actual work itself. Everyone was so nice! The technicians (Francisco and a tall guy whose name I don’t remember) worked quickly, kept me informed, and left the place nearly spotless afterward. They overhauled the ductwork, sealed up the intake area, and replaced my furnace and vent covers, and somehow did it all in two days. Their rates were competitive with other estimates. Aside from me really wanting to hot wash their drop cloths, which have seen better days, there were no issues. I would definitely use them again.

A Difficult Job Handled Expertly

This job was very difficult. The AC unit had to be craned from the street over one building and onto the roof of another and then the AC unit had to be carried across several other condo units to get to its destination. This required maneuvering the AC unit between vaulted sections of roof with very little room for the unit. Precise Air Systems took on the job at which other companies would have balked and made it go right! I would recommend them without hesitation.

After 7 years living in my condo I finally got a ductless mini split AC unit installed. It was in the mid range of cost compared to other AC installers I got quotes for. End of the day they were the ones I went with cause I trusted they would do legit work. I purchased through Costco also, so got additional discounts through them as well. I have to say, Eddsel and Roger did an amazing job! They were really friendly, informative and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. They even answered all my questions I had through out the install. Not only did they come prepared, but they were COVID ready with masks and laying out tarp on my floors and furniture so as not to get anything in my home dirty. The install looks very clean (especially when it comes to laying the Cooper piping and drainage outside on my balcony). You will have no problem if you have a HOA. I would definitely recommend this company for an AC install and if you can request an installer ask for Eddsell and Roger! You will not be disappointment!
