Jack was a pleasure. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He was right on time and even pointed out that we had an attic fan I had never used. He helped me turn it on and make sure it was working well. Also changed our very old filter on the HVAC. I will definitely recommend Precise to friends and call them if I ever need to again. Thanks Jack!

I had a real bad experience with the company that installed my ductless split system. I was afraid that I was stuck with them for all future service. I called around and found Precise and they were really nice (and willing to work on a system that they didn't install). First impressions are lasting and Phaelan was just delightful on the phone. I've had 3 techs here (Jonathan, Scott and Sean) and they were all courteous, communicative and k knowledgeable. I really wish we had called them for our initial installation. Highly recommend.

Omar came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very courteous as well. I was also glad Precise Air was able to send a technician out the same day of the problem.
