I had an excellent experience with Tony M from Precise Air. He was incredibly helpful, promptly fixing our AC and conducting diagnostics on another unit, which he plans to return to service. Tony’s expertise was evident, and he was both friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and optimistic about the future performance of our units. His customer service was outstanding, and the quality of his work was amazing. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely request Tony for all future jobs.
