Professional service from everyone I interacted with starting from the operator booking the installation, the “comfort advisor” who provided a quote and supervised the install, the install team, and the post installation final inspector. I booked my complete system replacement (Lennox) through the Costco home services option and was happy to find out that the package and pricing quoted from Precise Air was better than another company that I contacted directly outside of Costco – no markup. Highly recommended.

The technicians were on time, did a great installation of my new heating and air-conditioning system. Cleaned after themselves and were very courteous.

Great company to work with. They designed a system that was perfect for my new home and got the installation done in two days. They didn’t leave a single spec of dust or dirt behind and cleaned everything up. The system was operating flawlessly but then they called me two months after the installation and asked if they can come and balance the registers in order to equalize the room temperatures to the best of their abilities. I was pleasantly surprised to have a company reach out to me two months later in order to improve my experience. Of course, they can’t get every room to the same temperature, two story house, but its as close as you can possibly get. Thanks guys!

Precise Air is awesome. They sold us a Lennox air system a few years ago and we were very pleased with the quality of the system and the competitive price. Their technician Ryan was just out to change the filter and he was great and we are pleased with how professional Precise Air is. I highly recommend it.

This company knows everything there is to know about HVAC systems. They have well-trained field techs who know how to assess an issue and successfully resolve it in a timely manner. This company is all-inclusive from solving a home owner issue to installing a full system for an apartment complex. And, their prices are reasonable. They are “Precise”.

The work and professionalism we saw from this group were above par. I’ve had several different agencies come to fix a tough issue with our system. These were the most honest about the best options and reasonable prices. They did the job quickly and very respectfully of our time.

Precise was fantastic. I ordered new HVAC through Costco and every step of the way was clear, easy and professional. During install, we ran into a logistics issue, and Precise stepped right up and got everything squared away. I was worried in the time of covid to have such work done in my home, but the team was super careful, clean and always wore masks and shoe covers. They were on-time and fast, I highly recommend!
